The story behind
Crepes are the perfect canvas for any craving. I love how the smooth texture of the batter combines with the freshness of the strawberries and the festive touch of the sprinkles on the cream, achieving that professional and clean presentation seen in this dish. It's a dessert that turns any moment into a special celebration.
Instructions
-
1Blend the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth and lump-free.
-
2Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
-
3Pour a small amount of batter and swirl the pan to coat the bottom in a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
-
4Fold the crepe in half and then in half again to form a triangle, as shown in the image.
-
5Place the crepe on a white plate and decorate with chocolate syrup and strawberry sauce in a zigzag pattern.
-
6Add a generous dollop of whipped cream to the side and garnish with colorful sprinkles and a mint leaf.
-
7Serve with fresh cut strawberries and lightly dust the entire plate with powdered sugar for a professional finish.
-
8Serve immediately to enjoy the warm crepe with the contrast of the cold cream.
