    1. Pasta Prep: Boil the fusilli in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve one cup of the pasta water.

    2. Sauté Shrimp: Season shrimp with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.

    3. Sauce Base: In the same skillet, pour in the evaporated milk and chicken broth (or reserved pasta water). If you prefer a thicker sauce, whisk the flour into a bit of cold milk first and add it in. Simmer over medium-low heat until slightly thickened.

    4. Integration: Add the cooked fusilli to the skillet with the garlic cream sauce. Add the reserved shrimp and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
