Rustic 12 Grain Double Protein Sandwich with Avocado

The story behind
When you're hungry and don't want to waste time, but still want something nutritious. A sandwich that you can't just buy anywhere, perfect for breakfast or dinner while watching TV, or even for a packed lunch.
Instructions

1Heat a griddle or large griddle over medium-low heat.

2Arrange two slices of bread on the griddle to serve as the base of the sandwich.

3Place the ham slices on the base bread, followed by the sausage halves.

4Add the slices of white cheese directly on top of the sausages so that the residual heat begins to melt it.

5Once the cheese begins to melt, distribute the avocado slices and tomato slices on top.

6Top the pile of ingredients with the sliced white onion and a few strategic drops of red hot sauce to taste.

7Spread a generous layer of yellow mustard on the remaining two slices of bread.

8Close the sandwiches by placing the lids, mustard side down, on top of the vegetables.

9Place the assembled sandwiches directly on the griddle, press lightly with a spatula and let toast for a few minutes on each side until the bread is crispy and golden.

10Remove from heat, cut in half diagonally for better presentation and serve immediately.
