    1. Potato Preparation: Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Make crosswise cuts without cutting all the way through (Hasselback style) to create a cavity for stuffing.

    2. Filling: Place a slice of pepperoni and a piece of smoked bacon between each potato slit.

    3. Baking: Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 35-40 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.

    4. Gratinating: Remove the potatoes from the oven and generously cover them with melted cheese. Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
