11. Potato Preparation: Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Make crosswise cuts without cutting all the way through (Hasselback style) to create a cavity for stuffing.

33. Baking: Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 35-40 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
