Can I use Zest for free?
Yes, and forever. The Free plan lets you save up to 99 recipes, create memories with photos, import from URLs, and share with anyone. No time limit and no credit card.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. No contracts or commitments. Your recipes remain yours and you can go back to Free anytime.
What happens to my recipes if I downgrade?
Your recipes are never deleted. If you go back to Free, you simply won't be able to add more recipes until you're within the 99 recipe limit. But everything you already saved stays.
Is Zest open source?
Yes. Zest has an open source version you can self-host with Docker. The SaaS version (this one) adds managed hosting, community features, and direct support.
